Before jumping into the HK tech and startup scene, Justin worked in B2B media and publishing as a journalist and qualitative researcher.

His first foray into the startup scene was with the Hong Kong launch team at General Assembly. There, he found his passion is in empowering companies and entrepreneurs to make active choices and achieve their dreams.

Working at NEST as a Programme Manager for accelerator programmes, he is focused on bringing startups and entrepreneurs closer to the community and forging fruitful relationships and partnerships with programme alumni.
