Most recently Mr. Chapman lead a team at Carbonite charged with bringing about practical team effectiveness leveraging Agile techniques (e.g. Dev/Ops, Scrum, Kanban). Mr. Chapman is a creative thinker and problem solver, gained through hands-on entrepreneurial experiences, who consistently challenges the status quo to find practical sustainable solutions.
