Justin was one of Subway’s most successful franchisors and single handled built a business in excess of 80 staff and $5m operating across 4 stores. Justin is also an experienced commodities trader and was involved in taking a large financial services public in 2009. Justin has over 25 years experience in building and operating highly profitable business. Having launched Uncle Ming's small bar in 2012, Justin's most recent project is Work Ninja.
