Julie is a passionate and driven Customer Experience Designer with over 13 years consulting experience specialising in UCD, Lean UX, Design Thinking and User Experience Strategy. Currently a freelance Experience Designer, Julie has held several lead roles mentoring her team members (both UX and non-UX), whilst engaging and managing stakeholder relationships to create designs which meet end-user needs and business goals. She has previously worked on projects with Commonwealth Bank, NBN, Different, Object, ING, Fairfax Digital, Batallion Legal, AUSTAR and IBM. Julie’s consulting experience spans across a portfolio of industries including: news and online social media, finance and insurance, telecommunications, fashion and retail, government agencies, eCommerce, iPTV and mobile.
