Julia is Head of People at Lovepop. She has worn almost every non-technical hat at rapidly scaling startups. After leading business units across sales, marketing, and operations, she discovered her passion for impacting business results through high performing teams. Before Lovepop, she was at Flatiron Health in New York City, and prior to that ran General Assembly's unstoppable Boston team. On the side, Julia has built a community called New Managers Club, which is a space for first-time managers across industries to come together outside of the office, talk about issues they are experiencing, and learn the basics of leadership.
