Jules is the founder of Handle Your Own PR and is passionate about helping small businesses. After careers in advertising sales and graphic design management (both in Australia and London), Jules founded her PR agency, Handle Communications in 2003 and then Handle Your Own PR in 2010. She understands the budget limitations of small businesses and start ups and believes that PR is the most effective way for businesses to create awareness of their brand in the marketplace.
Through Handle Communications, Jules has worked with numerous small and micro businesses and start ups and she soon realised that although many people couldn't afford to hire a PR agency, they had great stories to tell and the media would be excited to hear from them. So, in the aftermath of the GFC, Jules decided to set up Handle Your Own PR.
