Mrs. Juanita V. Napper is a self-motivated Accountant working with the exceptionally unique accounting firm Rhodes Financial Group, LLC (RFG). RFG is a firm dedicated to providing clients with professional, personalized services whether a start-up, young professional or small business. While balancing work and studies, she received her B.B.A. in Accounting from Valdosta State University (VSU) with honors. In addition to minoring in Spanish, volunteering for numerous causes and participating as an Orientation Leader, she used her free time in school joining and being active in leadership societies (ex. Golden Key National Honor Society). Her two most treasured memories with VSU include studying abroad to Spain and meeting her now husband of 2 years.

Since childhood, Juanita’s fundamental philosophy has been to learn from everything and everyone. She inserts herself in different environments, assorted opportunities and amongst diverse cultures with the intent of understanding and adopting new concepts; these experiences never disappoint. She values the desire in herself and of others to explore new possibilities and learn about mixed topics. Juanita has always had a heart for creativity, the arts, technology and being a compassionate leader. Using these passions, she has had the opportunity to speak in front of varying audiences to deliver messages of personal and professional growth and success. Giving her time to help and connect with others is one of her favored endeavors. She hopes that through her work and passions, she will be able to affect positive change.
