Ms. Joyce Ng is a Partner with iGlobe Partners and she has been with the firm since 2006. Ms. Joyce Ng has over 19 years’ of experience in venture capital, fund management and financial services. She is responsible for fund raising, deal sourcing, portfolio management, exit management and building partnership with investors, corporate and government agencies.
Ms. Joyce Ng held several board seats of iGlobe’s investee companies in Singapore and US. In Singapore, she is a board member of SYW Pte Ltd and has been instrumental in helping and syndicating the Company’s Series A fund raising round. Other board seats include Paofit Holdings Pte Ltd (Alternate director) and Ministry of Movement Pte. Ltd.
In United States, she was a board observer of Starmaker Interactive Inc (acquired by a Chinese Entertainment Company in 2016). She also oversees iGlobe’s investment in Unity Software Inc (where she has helped Unity to set up its corporate headquarters in Singapore in 2013) as well as Support Partner for Nerdwallet Inc.
Ms. Joyce Ng worked from 1996 to 2003 with Vertex Management Pte Ltd. In 1996, she joined as an analyst responsible for portfolio monitoring of Vertex European investment. She was later promoted to Assistant Manager in charge of the Fund of Fund investments.
Ms. Joyce Ng came with diversified experience. She was previously a team leader at ACE Insurance responsible for all the training needs of the Telemarketing / Call Centre team. She started her career in the Credit Admin Department of Bank Indosuez.
