Josh leads the Boston web development team. After spending years writing ASP and C#, Josh found solace in Ruby and realized that crying while programming was OK (as long as they were tears of joy). When he's not programming, he enjoys board games, Magic: the Gathering, and playing drums.
Additionally, Joshua runs thoughtbot's test-driven Rails workshop, which focuses on teaching developers how to build applications using tests to drive design, and maintain thoughtbot's factory_girl gem and other open-source libraries.
