With a whirlwind career in journalism and marketing, Jonette is now at the helm of Smudge Publishing. She has travelled far, written on most topics and, now, brings her passion about food, wine, coffee and travel to the table, producing over 25 travel books about cities and other destinations throughout the world.
Not one to sit still Jonette has Hong Kong, New York and London in her sights and is also a keen to publish a Southeast Asian culinary destination magazine in the near future. She has project managed two editions of the Coffee Encounters book which saw the team travel to over 18 countries to meet coffee farmers at origin and get their story - from crop to cup. She has also curated two specialty coffee books - one on Melbourne and the other, Sydney. She uses multiple platforms to tell her stories including Smudge's digital platform and newsletter – SmudgeEats.com.au
