As a UX practitioner with a specialisation in research, he has helped teams achieve strategic goals and product-market-fit across customer journeys, by anchoring decisions on customer insights and concept validation. Jon thrives in fast paced environments and problem spaces, seeks out cool problems, and hopes to have fun while amplifying those around him.
Jon is a father of two, a lifelong hodler, a home barista, and a sports addict.
