Jon Simmons has 15 years experience in the design field. He started his career as a visual designer. Early in his career, he realized that his true interest was building projects that 'moved the needle' for companies. This meant transitioning into user experience design, which he has been practicing ever since. Jon is a UX leader, founder of 3 companies, father of 2, and builder of one (nearly) completed backyard deck.
