    Joel has over 15 years of experience working with consumer, education, government and non-profit clients to create engaging and effective online experiences for their audiences. He believes that the key to reaching audiences is to first understand their behaviors and needs and to use these insights to craft experiences and communications programs tailored to them. He leads the user experience practice for Weber Shandwick where he works with clients such as PepsiCo, Unilever, United Nations Foundation, USAID and the Centers for Disease Control. Joel started and hosts the Washington, DC, chapter of CreativeMornings, a monthly breakfast event series which hosts DC’s creative community one Friday a month each in an inspiring venue and features a talk from one of the great creative minds in our city.
