Joe is an independent consultant and contractor specializing in user experience with a focus on accessible design and content strategy at Blink UX
He is also the program manager for Seattle’s annual user experience conference: ConveyUX. For over the past 20 years, he has taught at the University of Washington primarily in the area of technical communication, but also in mobile app design and accessible design. He holds a masters degree in Adult Instructional Management.
