Jimmy Elias
Founder, First Press Coffee
After travelling the world and seeing the many forms of coffee from farm to cup, Jimmy Elias became fascinated with coffee and the unique extraction methods found in every coffee drinking culture.
But it wasn’t until Jimmy experienced the cold drip process on his adventures and saw the health and energy benefits of the method first hand that he returned home and, with a desire for freedom, founded First Press Coffee with Michael Calle and Hamish Walmsley.
In just a few short months, the team launched their first range of cold drip bottled coffee, providing a healthy energy hit in a ready to drink format. With national distribution across retail stores, gyms and cafes, First Press Coffee aims to drive a new form of coffee consumption focused on improving our health and performance with every drop.
