His focus has primarily been on Enterprise, SaaS-based solutions including Business Performance, Talent Management, Human Resources, Healthcare, Outsourcing, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor management, and Business Execution. Prior to Accenture, Jim has worked for firms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Authoria and ADP.
