Jillian is a designer, builder and educator based out of Cambridge, MA. With a holistic view of representation, design and user experience, she cofounded SCALE, a human centered design lab dedicated to improving quality of life across digital and physical platforms.
Previously, she has lead design teams at a number of award-winning, multidisciplinary design firms in on the east coast and abroad. Her work has been recognized by the Corcoran College of Art + Design, Parsons, Pratt Institute, Rhode Island School of Design, National Foundation for the Advancement of Arts and the Maria Walsh Sharpe Foundation.
Graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Art and a Concentration in Social & Cultural Dynamics in Design, she has a deep interest in exploring the intersections of community, culture, and technology and how our environment is impacted by digital communication and other technological changes. Whether it’s an interactive exhibit or a cohesive brand identity, Jillian invites the viewer to pause, experience and reflect.
