As a People Learning and Inclusion Senior Specialist at Grab, Jia Min builds an inclusive workplace that enables every employee to pursue continuous growth and do their best work every day.
She taps on her experience across learning and development, people engagement, and D&I to solve interesting and challenging problems, often with a dash of fun and a side of curiosity. Jia Min works closely with Inclusion Communities and internal teams to develop products and services and provide advisory support to lead change.
Prior to Grab, Jia Min worked at IKEA Southeast Asia and Mexico as a hands-on Learning and Development Specialist increasing competence of employees.
