Jia Chuan is curious about how people, technology and governance can be harnessed together to better the lives of societies around the world, and wants to create movements in pursuit of this. At his day job in the Ministry of Social and Family Development in Singapore, he looks at policies to improve the social sector. In his spare time, he co-founded Conjunct Consulting (Singapore), Southeast Asia’s first social change consultancy, and is now working on another project to connect people to awesome projects. He also does a travel blog, meditates, and listens to jazz.
