A Hong Kong native educated locally, in New York and London, Jess designs brands. She is one of the founders of intangibly, a nomadic design practice that builds brands from the inside out by holding Pop-up Design Studios and long term Design Residencies at client's offices. She focuses on using design thinking methodologies to bring brands to life. She believes being nomadic is an effective way of working with contemporary businesses. She spoke at the Hong Kong Design Institute.
When not designing for clients, she designs in the kitchen. A clean eating enthusiast, she has incorporated her cooking passion into her work, currently writing a cookbook on clean communal lunches for boutique design studios.
