Jessica Santana is one of the Co-Founders of Brooklyn On Tech (BOT) a 501c3 non-profit organization on a mission to inspire the next generation of tech thought leaders emerging from Brooklyn, NY. BOT’s signature program is the Tech Flex Scholars Program, a year-long enrichment experience for underrepresented students enrolled in a Brooklyn high school. The program offers scholars access to academic, professional and leadership opportunities in tech. Scholars are paired with mentors from leading companies such as Shapeways, JPMorganChase, Etsy and MTV. BOT’s partners include General Assembly, LinkedIn, BrandYourself.com, WIX.com and Path Interactive.
