Jessica Masterson is a people and program leader at Allstate Insurance Company. She’s built and led both employment branding and diversity recruiting teams and programs for Allstate during the last 4 years. Allstate has been named a top employer for new grads by Symplicity and multi-cultural women by Working Mother Magazine. They’ve also been named a top company for Diversity & Inclusion by DiversityInc, Black Enterprise Magazine and National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to Allstate, Jessica led social/digital marketing and communication programs for ADP Dealer Services and U.S. Cellular. A lifelong learner, she’s earned a liberal arts degree from Northern Illinois University and certifications from IDEO and Dale Carnegie.
