Jessica is also the organizer of Startup School, the big annual startup conference, and the author of best-selling book Founders at Work, a collection of interviews with successful startup founders. Prior to Y Combinator, she was VP of Marketing at investment bank Adams Harkness, where she managed an award-winning rebranding of the company. Jessica has a BA in English from Bucknell.
