Jessica Lachs is the Head of Business Operations and Analytics at DoorDash. Jessica and the team are responsible for all things data at the company. Prior to her current position, she was a General Manager at DoorDash, where she helped launch new markets. Prior to DoorDash, Jessica founded GiftSimple, a social gifting startup, where she was also CEO. Before her entrepreneurial endeavors, Jessica began her career in investment banking, spending over 3 years at Lehman Brother in New York City. Jessica holds a BS from Cornell, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
