Jess conducts user research with humans to help inform the digital products used by people today. Her background is in UX design, UX research and music.
Spending the last 7 years between London and LA she has worked on a range of UX projects in the music, VR, education and finance space. She currently provides UX mentorship to music start-ups and also runs a regular design critique meetup for the LA tech community.
Her UX training is rooted in service design thinking and she has a keen interest in the ethics surrounding the digital products we make today.
