Jess Lau has led brand development across CPG, beauty and apparel for DTC and retail brands at creative agencies including COLLINS and Wednesday. She recently managed a campaign with Sephora to launch an enterprise-wide message around gender inclusivity ‘We Belong to Something Beautiful’ and a foundation campaign ‘Color Up Close’ focusing on diversity and inclusion in beauty. Previously, she was in-house at Skinnygirl and expanded the lifestyle brand successfully into retailers. She recently moved from New York and is currently a Program Manager at Facebook AR/VR. Starting this past Fall, Jess founded Notorious, a company with a mission to celebrate creativity from Asian artists and sharing their stories to the world.
