Jess Hooper is the Founder of Lighthouse Culture, an atypical consulting agency that helps good companies find their hidden awesome and make big waves in their industries. Lighthouse Culture knows that true corporate culture isn’t catered lunches and ping pong tables. They work with companies that are ready to put an end to high turnover, unproductive teams, and endless HR issues so they can become inspiring places where engaged and empowered employees communicate and collaborate.

Before starting Lighthouse Culture, Jess organized and spoke at career-focused events, including Ladies Get Paid, Together Digital, and, most recently her own in-depth conversation series, On The Fence. Jess introduced strategies for workplace advocacy and salary negotiation to hundreds of women in Los Angeles. Through this work, Jess discovered an alarming trend that hurts innovation and growth: employees across age groups, ethnicities, and professional backgrounds want to quit their jobs, and their employers can’t figure out why.

With empathy, candor, and a strict no-judgment policy, Jess now turns her expert eye to bold companies that are ready to get back to growing, thriving, and putting their competitors in the dust.
