Jenn is a senior HR Leader who has a career spanning over 18 years in multiple industries. Her experience ranges from startups to fortune 500, always promoting one common goal - creating supportive and inclusive cultures where people can thrive. Throughout her career, Jenn has found success in building cultural frameworks, where diverse teams feel included, engaged and empowered. Working with leaders to foster the personal growth and development needed to build healthy cultures helped Jenn discover a love for coaching. Through her work as a Professional Coach, Jenn focuses on the transformational development of individuals, teams and businesses. Her goal is to help manifest both individual and collective vision through awareness, acceptance and connection.

Jenn holds a BS in Psychology and a MS in Human Resource Management from UC Berkeley, Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certification from the Society in Human Resource Management and Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, Neuroleadership Training from Neuroleadership Institute and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification from the Korn Ferry Institute.
