Employees today are looking for personalized benefits that meet their needs- personally and professionally. Jennifer partners with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative cost effective employee benefits solutions so they stand out as ‘employer of choice.’ Her nonprofit leadership experience includes serving as Founding Chair of the Leading Young Professionals organization in Fresno, California, and is currently the Chair of Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) Los Angeles. Jennifer received a B.A. in Latin American and Iberian Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
