Ms. Rodgers is Vice President, Denver Market Leader at Enterprise Community Partners. Ms. Rodgers has 30 years’ experience in the arena of affordable housing policy, finance, and development. She has worked in the nonprofit, private and government sectors on urban and rural housing initiatives. Starting her career by developing a homeless shelter and homeless services in Durango, Colorado, Ms. Rodgers moved on to a housing consultancy firm, an urban nonprofit, and finally the State of Colorado Division of Housing. For 11 years, she helped local agencies and governments to identify housing needs, create local services and housing programs, develop real estate and establish nonprofit agencies.
Before joining Enterprise, Ms. Rodgers led the Community Strategies Institute, an affordable housing and community development consulting firm based on Denver, Colorado. At CSI, she was responsible for leading teams to create housing needs assessments, strategic plans, and market studies throughout the western US, and worked nationally with NeighborWorks America and Enterprise Community Partners.
