As VP of Talent & HR at Valore, Jenn Tenczar Piacitelli is responsible for recruiting and developing talent in the organization as well as managing the entire HR function. In addition to interviewing hundreds of candidates during her 20 year HR career, Jenn has also coached college students on interviewing and career preparation skills. She has her BS and MBA from Babson College. She also has her CPCC coaching certification through The Coaches Training Institute and ACC certification through the International Coach Federation. She is a frequent blogger for VentureFizz. In her free time, she mentors participants in the Year Up program.
