Jen is an 800-Hour Certified Jivamutki Yoga teacher in the lineage of her teachers, Sharon Gannon, David Life and Rima Rabbath. She travels annually to India to deepen her studies and has practiced at the Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Institute in Mysore, as well as with Rolf & Marci Naujokat in Goa. In her previous life, Jen spent over 8 years in digital media. She was Pandora Internet Radio’s 2nd East Coast hire and helped build out the territory, ad products and office culture. Jen believes the qualities cultivated through a yoga and meditation practice are the key ingredients to being a happy, fulfilled and successful business leader.
