Jeff Dance is the founder and CEO of Fresh Consulting, a creative digital consulting company that focuses on fresh user experiences for websites, systems, and apps. Fresh is going into it’s 10th year, has 3 offices and employs ~60 people full time, mostly UX designers and developers in the Seattle area. With a serious focus on employee experience, Fresh was ranked as one of Seattle Magazine’s top 100 places to work in 2016, and has been in the PSBJ top 100 fastest growing companies in Washington state for several years. Prior to Fresh Consulting, Jeff worked as a strategy consultant with Deloitte Consulting. In addition to work, Jeff is married and a father of 3 kids, a student of innovation, as well as a board sports enthusiast after having taught snowboarding professionally for more than 10 years on the weekends.
