Jason is an entrepreneur and builder with a focus on turning opportunities into scaleable organizations. He’s founded companies, advised growing companies, built a venture capital firm and headed innovation (including strategic investment and corporate development) for a public company. He actively mentors with Techstars, the Impact Engine and MsTech and is helping build the FinTech cluster in the Midwest through the non-profit FinTEx.

Impact is an increasing theme for Jason’s activities that color everything from the angel investing he and his wife do to the time devoted to mentoring, particularly in the areas of financial inclusion and women entrepreneurs.

Jason is a frequent speaker on leadership, building effective organizations and financial innovation.
