Jason is a human centered designer and researcher, with over 10 years of experience in UX roles across agency and in-house design teams. He is constantly curious about new methods and practices, currently very interested in applying service design and how to translate UX strategy into lean/agile product design. He is also a career changer - his previous life was in business analysis and project management.
