I am an experienced technical support manager with a demonstrated history of building successful support organizations in varied industries and environments. I've spent more than a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem and am a Salesforce expert. I've successfully operated in both small start ups and large corporate environments. At Vlocity, we grew a Premier Support line of business from $0 to over $18 Million in revenue over 4 years. I spent 10 years in the US Army Reserves Signal Corps retiring as a Captain having held three company command positions and deployed once to the Middle East. I hold a Business Management degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
