James is a driven user experience professional passionate about finding the right problems to solve. James has delivered experience design projects to startups and enterprise across banking, insurance, construction and federal government.

When not working out of the Symplicit Coolangatta office, James can be found a couple hundred metres away surfing off of Snapper Rocks.

James's career transition into user experience was facilitated by a General Assembly UX Immersive. He regularly returns to instruct GA classes and share the power of user experience design with students and professionals.
