Jacob Salamon

Jacob began his entertainment career as a director/producer with the launch of his hit comedy web series, Bubala Please, which accumulated over 1.5 million views and 15,000 loyal fans in a matter of months. Before filmmaking, Jacob was a founding member of social software and analytics company Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV), helping grow the business to over $1 billion in value and ultimately leading the company's marketing efforts across Europe and Asia-Pacific from London. Prior to his work in Europe, Jacob collaborated with renowned entrepreneur and business historian Gary Hoover (inventor of the book superstore and founder of Hoovers.com) to launch a for-profit museum chain and build an experiential retail concept across America. In 2007, Jacob founded a boutique design agency in Austin, Texas to combine his passions for business, technology, and creative communications. With over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, creative director, and international marketing executive, Jacob is excited to finally pursue his lifelong dream of combining entertainment, education, and technology. Jacob is a graduate of the Business Honors Program at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
