J has been making websites and software for the web since 1998, and has been credited with creating several software features web designers and developers take for granted today. He's passionate about efficient, usable, aesthetically pleasing design. His work focuses on computer/human interaction, user experience, application strategy, technical systems implementation, and process analysis.
He has worked on projects with companies like Mattel, Pantone, and General Electric; serves as a mentor at the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech, an advisor to the computer science department at Texas A&M University; and as a private consultant to numerous other enterprises and organizations.
He has spoken on topics from software development methodologies to the psychology of customer experience to groups of all sizes at events across the country.
