Ikhlas Bidau is an executive coach, leadership facilitator and personal image consultant. With an international career spanning over 20 years in hospitality, retail and marketing, Ikhlas brings a wide range of experience and strong foundation to her current position. She is passionate about delivering coaching and facilitating programs to either individuals or multinational companies. She supports the Progress U Asia thought Leaders center (ALC) through research, writing and speaking.
