Ieva is a fashion journalist-turned-fashion headhunter-turned start-up founder. She has always been passionate about discovering talent and meeting creative minds. This has become a background for Fashion Bloc – a London based creative project representing hand-picked fashion designers from Central and Eastern Europe. We aim to promote diversity in the European fashion scene with a pinch of Eastern cool. Ieva is currently running two start-ups at the same time – Fashionbloc.co.uk and her new role as a mum.
