Ian Wong is the Wine Director & Co-Founder of Cork Culture, a Hong Kong-based online wine shop focused exclusively on organic and biodynamic wines. He is responsible for curating the selection of wine, managing sales, and writing the direct-marketing for the year old e-commerce store. Ian was previously an editor at the Beijing-based New Western Cuisine Magazine and the Hong Kong wine publication Cru Magazine. Over four years with both magazines he worked on introducing unique wineries and producers from untapped regions around the world to his readers. He has a Level 3 certificate in the WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust).
