Hunter Owens is a Data Scientist for the City of Los Angeles. Prior to that, he worked at Impact Lab, KIPP NJ, the Center for Data Science and Public Policy, and Obama for America. He helps organizations understand how to use and reuse their data, with an emphasis on reproducibility. He gas given talks at Do Good Data, PyData, Code for America and JuliaCon and is a leader in Civic Technology.
