In her current role on the Google Chat team, she serves as the bridge between product development and users, helping her team understand user needs and motivations in order to build better products. Prior to joining Google, she's held multiple roles helping brands and product teams from companies like CapitalOne, Facebook, Paypal and more better understand their users.
With a bachelor's degree in American Politics and and a minor in Mass Communications from Washington and Lee University, Hope came to UX Research after working in advertising strategy in New York City. In her free time she enjoys playing with her dog Winnie, running, skiing, playing tennis and reading fiction.
