Winner, Telstra Business Womens Awards, Working in the fast-evolving world of medical devices, Hayley started HALO Medical Devices. Hayley developed a new measuring tool, rated the most accurate tool globally, used by therapists, doctors and veterinarians to help patients recover from injury. Hayley gained national attention on the ABC New Inventors program and SharkTank Australia. She’s since been named Innovator of the Year in the Start-Up category and attracted private capital and Federal Government grants which took her products globally. With an exit in 2019 of here first Company, Hayley is looking to grow innovation through her next venture.
Her Harvard University studies inspired Hayley’s move into their 3rd product, incorporating Artificial Intelligence with their devices, Hayley's company is set to impact the 46Billion dollar Orthopaedic Industry, helping over 3 million patients by 2030. With a background in Ai & Robotics in Healthcare, Hayley is an innovator working toward bettering peoples lives through Ai. Hayley is currently also the Entrepreneur in Residence at the UNSW for Founders Health 10x.
