Hayley has over 8 years in the industry and has worked in both New York and London. Over her career, she has worked with international brands such as L’Oréal, Vogue and Kellogg’s in strategically planning, executing and analysing multi-channel marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Science (majoring in Psychology and Marketing) from Melbourne University, Degree of Digital Marketing from New York University, and recently won the B&T 30 Under 30 award in the digital category.
Whilst at Isobar, she was the strategic lead on Australia’s biggest car brand, and a key contributor to cross regional new business pitches, often working alongside the Isobar team in Singapore and the UK.
