Hannah Hanks is from Rhode Island originally and attended James Madison University; graduating in 2011 with a degree in Health Communication. Following graduation, Hannah moved to Boston in early 2012, landing her first job in recruiting. Hannah worked at Beacon Hill Staffing Group for two years as a Senior Staffing Consultant focused on temporary administrative hiring. Looking to gain experience in a different recruiting capacity, Hannah left Beacon Hill Staffing Group, joining EY in 2014. At EY role, Hannah was a Campus Recruiter managing the recruiting efforts on multiple campuses, hiring interns and staff to work at EY. After two and a half years, Hannah gave into her growing interest in the IT and startup space and joined OpsGenie as the sole Recruiter. Hannah focused on all things, recruiting, training, onboarding and development of the growing sales team.
