As a Service Designer at PWC, Hannah helps to shape businesses around people, through the creation of products, services and experiences that put the user first. She is passionate about engaging with people through qualitative research and using a design-led approach to solve complex problems. Before joining PwC, Hannah has worked to improve the customer experience of household brands, such as, BT, Nestlé and IKEA. She is interested in emerging technologies and has worked on an augmented reality prototype that premiered at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. In her spare time, she has used her skills to support Sexplain, a non-profit that provides inclusive sex education in schools and is a D&AD Shift 2019 mentor.
