San Francisco
Haley Donovan is a teacher and writer in San Francisco. She has been researching and exploring the concept of fear for over half a decade, and has co-facilitated workshops in San Francisco and Portland about interacting with fear of failure to leverage success. She speaks openly about how the techniques and strategies she has cultivated over the years have been game-changers in her own life, including career transitions, recovery from medical setbacks, cross-country moves, and developing an always-terrifying interest in public speaking.
When she’s not teaching or writing, she enjoys spending time outdoors, street photography, trying out new local restaurants and cafes, and participating in Storytelling events in the Bay Area.
She holds a BA in Communication from the University of California at Davis, and an MA in Education from San Francisco State University. You can follow her work by visiting halestotheyesyoucan.com or connecting with her on Instagram at @hales.to.the.yes.
