Hadley Ferguson Hunter leads a Global Learning & Development program at Uber. She and her team spend their time focused on strategic projects aligned to making Global Community Operations L&D teams more efficient and impactful to the overall business, as well as US & CAN specific training and development needs for frontline support teams for Uber’s vast portfolio of customer-facing products.
During her seven years at Uber, she has worked in teams across both several Operations-focused organizations, starting with marketing Uber to new riders and drivers when it was in its infancy. Customer experience, and setting up people for success in delivering world-class customer service, has been core to her passion and professional career.
Prior to Uber, she was part of the retail management and operations teams at Lululemon. She spent her collegiate years running Division 1 NCAA Track & Field (5K & 10K) at the University of Georgia - go Dawgs! She, her husband, and their dog Oliver live in Boston, where they love to enjoy the area’s seafood, spend cozy winter nights with friends, and run along the shore at Carson Beach.
